No refunds will be accepted after one month from the date of purchase
In cases where our company accepts returns of machinery / goods (as long as they have not been used) without cause, within a period of one month from the date of purchase, 15% of their sale value will be reserved
Returns of machines / goods that present defects for which our company is responsible, will be accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt by the customer
In cases where there are discrepancies in relation to the method of payment agreed on a case-by-case basis, we reserve the right to charge the legal interest
Until their repayment, the ownership of the sold machines / goods remains in our company
Machinery / goods are loaded, shipped and travel on behalf of and at the risk of the buyer
Warranty covers the cost of spare parts which will be replaced due to material failure and probable malfunction or damage caused by manufacturing fault. In case that the problem cannot be resolved by replacing the damaged spare part, that the manufacturer will send to customer free of charge, the unit must be returned to manufacturer’s facilities at customer’s cost. Upon proof of manufacturing fault transport costs will be reimbursed to customer and the unit will be either repaired free of charge or replaced
Warranty does not cover damages that have occurred by wrong use or mishandling of the unit by the customer, unstable power supply or voltage extremes, bad or wrong installation, and if servicing and maintenance conditions are not kept as mentioned in the manufacturer’s operating/maintenance manual. It does not cover damages that have been caused by wrong servicing from unauthorized personnel
Warranty is not valid if filters, spare parts and lubricants are not approved by manufacturer
Warranty does not cover labor costs, travelling costs and possible profit losses of the client in respect to all of the above cases
Defective parts shall be returned to the manufacturer after replacement, upon request
In case replacement of parts is required according to the present warranty, customer must first advise manufacturer with the “warranty claim” form by email
The courts of Athens, Greece are designated competent for the settlement of any dispute.
